Hi I've been searching but can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know if there's a user on the site that makes these? To allow you to run your p/s pump down where the a/c bracket would normally be? I saw a couple websites but someone told me they think a user on here made them as well. Thanks in advance.

Yeah I saw that when I searched google. Was trying to see if someone on here made them so I could help support the community. Thanks though

Try Nigel at engineered to slide. I know he was making a bracket before, it is no longer on his website but you could send him an email.

The Taarks piece looks pretty nice.
Power Steering Bracket "SR20" (http://www.taarks.com/product_p/taark-psrelo-sr.htm)
I had made up some tabs and was going to go the home made method, but now I am debating just getting that Taarks bracket.

For us with ca18det it is easy to reuse the original bracket.
It fits perfectly in the lower holes where the ac-compressor sat (if you remove it). You have to cut off a portion of the bracket and thats it.

No one is going to feel the difference in lower cg, What other advantages are there of lowering the power steering pump??

Just depends on everyone's unique configuration.
For me, I have a stainless HP PS line and an S14 water neck. The water feed line off that neck comes super close to the PS line. I have some rubber between them now but a relocated PS is something I've thought about.
There are plenty of other reasons this could help too.
Those kits look nice, glad I saw this thread.

The Taark's piece is a super nice piece. I initially was going to make them but upon seeing he made them decided not to. I've pointed a few in that direction. Quality part for sure.

I'm running a hmic and I have tubs. There's limited space with the hot pipe and tub, lowering the ps pump will allow me to get my
Maf in there. Space was an issue.

Bump - came across this while researching this - as I was going to make some too.
I just wish the ones out there they weren't so lazy with their machining and lightened it up some. It's just a freaking bracket bolted to a very strong and stiff block, it doesn't need to be a solid chunk of aluminum when you're charging $150 for it.
I guess the market is a little crowded on these, but I'll probably still fab one up myself to probably save a pound or so over those brackets.
