Piedmont Drift Saturday Aug 31st

Is anyone planning on going to the drift practice in Julian NC on Saturday the 31st? Just curious to see if many people go to these

I've been meaning to go to one of these for the longest time but it always seems like I have other plans and can't make it. You're talking about the drift events they have a Piedmont Drayway, right?

I've never been and am new to drifting and have never taken my car out but I just put in my coilovers and am debating it, but regardless ill be spectating and possibly doing ride alongs

Ive been once (july 2013) its really fun. everyone is nice and helpfull. It was my FIRST drift event Ive ever participated in. My first run my diff bushing busted and fell onto my rear sway bar causing a horrible rumble sound. I had 4 guys that Ive never met b4 help me find and fix the problem. I didn't make it to this weekends event due to me being sick and my car not being ready (header install, egr and aiv delete. I started on it Friday night and didn't finish till Saturday night. But I do plain on going to the next practice event.. should be in sept.

It was a lot of fun, lots of really nice cars and the people I talked to were all pretty cool. Some pretty good drivers out there too

I've been to a few of these, but couldn't make it this weekend.
Hell, I used to live like 5 minutes from Piedmont, lol
