i rebuilt the bottom end in my ka out of my 91 240sx hatch i got everything back together but when i went to put my cam gears on and my chain my intake valves are hitting the #4 piston pushing it down. i double checked my bottom chain everything seems to be lined up right the marks on the idler gear are in the correct spo. can anyone tell me why this would be happening please

Did you make sure you were at top dead center on #1/#4 cylinders before you started?
Also, check these videos out. This dude does a pretty good step by step:
Lower chain (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbaFoxm-5lE)
Upper Chain (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofV4eghOP_w)
If you dont have the colored chain, at least you can count the chain rivets to make sure your correct.
