rust! and metal door trim

it only locks at the end of it so how is it held all the way across??

you can try some epoxy but I would really consider scrapping the car with that much rust.

If it has rust there I would assume it has rust in all the other, and much more harmful, usual spots. Such as underneath on the frame. May want to consider another shell this one is being eaten alive and thats the unfortunate reality of it.

Yeah ive consider that but coupes are so hard to find nowdays
Ive found a couple of other spots but the frame seems solid and rust free
Im from texas but the car is from cali
Btw the orange stuff is primer and when cleaning up the small rust spot i kinda made the whole bigger
I just realized it looks worse on the picture
Back to the topic, Ima apply some bondo on it today but im still confused how to put the metal trim
I wonder if they sell it...... thnks everyone

Just went outside and double checked the whole car for rust.
Other than another spot on the pass door its pretty rustless compare to my old hatch

Behind the rubber trim, the one that prevents water from going in, there is a couple of bolts to remove tge whole metal trim.
