Up for sale is my stock short block in which I broke a ringland; included is the stock oil pump, stock cam, and stock lifters/trays. You will not be receiving bolts for the oil pump, cam, or lifters. You will however receive the nuts for the windage tray.
This motor has 12,873 miles on it - 1000 of them in which the car was turbocharged at 8psi. With my automatic transmission the car put down 544whp, and it was making this power level for roughly 6 months before blowing. Prior to this the car had bolt ons and LS3 heads for about 1500 miles where it put down 375whp. Before that setup the car was just running a CAI and predator tune making 344whp.
Overall the car has been babied and very well taken care of, during those 1000 miles of boost the car saw at most 25 WOT pulls. Most of them being just 2nd gear pulls. When the car was running the LS3 swap it had 3 passes down the 1/4 mile, and that's the only track time it has seen.
Here are pictures of the motor to know what you are getting. From my inspection the only issue is a broken ringland for piston 7 and the sleeve has a crack. As far as pricing goes, I would like to get $1200 picked up - shipping will be at buyers expense. Don't be afraid to shoot me a reasonable offer, keep in mind this is being sold as is.
