Anyone else excited about the video games coming this fall?

Man I can't wait. So many games I have to buy are coming out. All within a few months of eachother too. Thats this shitty part. Not enough time to play'em all.

Metroid Prime 2
Zelda Wind Waker 2
GTA San Andreas
Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater
Need For Speed Underground 2

and most importantly GRAN TURISMO 4!

You motherfuckin right I'm excited, I'm a little pissed about the repeated pushbacks of GT4, and I don't have a GameCube and won't miss not playing Metroid or Zelda, but I will keep my GTA and NFS collection going (I own all of each series of them)... You're right though, this fall will be the SHIT as far as video games go.

If you never played metroid prime and wind waker you are missing out on 2 of the greatest games ever. They are at least in my top 20 favorite games of all time.

StarWars Battlefront, will only be big on the PC, since its like Battlefield 1942 which rocks.

I never like Consoles, i just can't get into them with sucky graphics, no keyboard or mouse, ugh, can't stand it. For the PC fan am exicted about:

Half-Life 2 (even if they did lied about the hacking with delying the game)
DoomIII
Battlefield2
DukeNukemForever (whenever this shit comes out)
Fallout 3 (hopefully words comes out that they resume work on it)

Yea it does. Says right on the box works with Need for speed underground. So it more than likely will work with NFSU2. That thing is $150 though. I almost bought it last week, but I'm gonna just wait til GT4 comes out. I wanna build a cabinet to put the wheel on so its like a car.

star wars games suck now imo. the height of star wars gaming was tie fighter way back in the day... it actually came on 3.5 floppies. :)

i'm very excited about doom3 and i agree with u on half life. they shot their mouths off too early, realized there was no way in hell they could make their deadline and faked being hacked to get an extra year of development time.

as for console gaming, wind waker was such a crappy zelda game. i felt no attachment to any of the characters whatsoever. the gameplay was just a rehash of ocarina. i was probably spoiled by the awesome jump from the snes zelda to n64 zelda. the new metroid games suck too. gt4 looks great. i hope they put a zenki s14 in there this time. i had to settle for a kouki in gt3. bleh.
