Racing Hart C2 17" Pair Only (Universal 4 lug 4x100/114.3)

Picked up a set of 17" Racing Hart C2's that I was planning to re-do... The seller had told me they're all 5 lug, but the front pair ended up being universal 4 lug :bash:

Soooo I'm posting up the front pair as I cannot use them... One has a bent lip but hold air just fine. They come with Nankang Tires with decent thread (215/40/17) and I HIGHLY PREFER NOT TO REMOVE THE TIRES and to sell as is. They come with centercaps!! Although one is missing the design :picardfp:

There isn't a tag on the inner barrel to disclose size/offset, but I am assuming they're about 17x7 +42
