Ls swap needs help

I know it may sound like a dumb question but I look for ever and could not find it.
I have never ran a oil filter relocator and have no idea on how to put it in...
I am running a Sikky kit and it is labled In and out on both pieces but I have no Idea on how to run it. I feel like a complete dumb arse. I blame being in the shop trying to get this thing into the car in one day. I made a picture so its easyer for you to understand.

if your pan i anything to the moroso pan, your red dot on the pan should go in to the IN on the filter relocation

OUT to the IN and IN to the OUT.

And broad field you are correct thanks for the help!! Got good oil pressure and now moving on to exhaust haha
