ka24de no spark in #1 cylinder

I was driving around when my 240 stared misfiring on me so I looked it over and I had no spark in the #1 cylinder. So I replaced cap, rotor, plugs, and wires and it still has no spark. If any one has information it would be greatly appreciated

Could be a leaky injector. Doesnt have to be an electrical issue
