fs/ft 1989 hatch L33 LS swap

I am ASE master certified and have done all of the work.
for sale or possible trade;

1989 Nissan 240sx
L33 5.3L alum. swap with T56 6 speed manual.
193,xxx on body. est. 6,xxx on swap.
Grey exterior black interior

body good;
HARD TOP no sunroof.
no frame rust. There is rust on LR rocker
rolled and pulled rear quarters.
rolled front fenders.
gloss black vinyl wrapped roof and pillars.
clear front turn signals.

body bad; needs body work and paint job.
clear coat faded on quarter panels and hatch.
paint/clear faded on front and rear bumper.
rust on left rear skirt.
holes in engine bay from old inner cooler piping.
hood is spray painted black.
one tiny rock chip in original nissan windshield.
small rust spots in normal top of tower area.
dents in passenger door and fender.
dent on lr quarter from roll/pull.
scratches randomly.

brakes and suspension;
300zx front brakes. stock rear brakes.
New hawk pads in front.
New oriley brand pads in rear.
greddy coil overs (that have seen some life)
ruca's
rear subframe inserts.
circuit sport front tension rods.
tension rod brace
sikky front sway bar/mounts/links.
front and rear circuit sport strut bars.
lower b pillar brace. (where rear seat bottom goes)

Interior; black
vinyl wrapped center bezel/center console.
"leather" wrapped glove box and matching shift boot.
super fucking crazy legit jdm silver tite drifto e brake button.
2x Recaro sport seats. (not knock offs) (might keep and knock money off the car)
no back seat. (can give you a tan seat if you want one that bad)
all rear plastics installed.
clean ass grey carpet.
needs driver side power seat belt track.
cracked dash.

L33 5.3L alum. long block out of 06 silverado.
t56 trans out of 2006 gto.
oem f body shifter.
truck ecu.
Tech rods wiring harness.
freshly rebuilt
new; rod bearings, piston rings, head gaskets, cover gaskets, main seals, etcc...
7xx heads.
ls6 valve springs (good for a cam up to .550 lift)
currently stock 5.3 cam.
slp dual roller timing set.
ls1 intake.
ported ls1 throttle body. (cable, not dbw)
ls6 oil pump.
gto front accessories. (water pump/alt)
NEW gto oil pan.
hooker engine and trans mount brackets.
c5 corvette engine mounts.
poly trans mount.
wilwood clutch master. new slave.
braided clutch line.
braided slave bleeder line.
f body left exhaust manifold.
ls3 right manifold.
2.5" y pipe to 3" cat back.
no cats. mild at idle. not too crazy at wot.
steel drive shaft.
welded stock 4.08 diff.
no a.c.
has heat. very hot!
AEM wideband.
AEM oil pressure.
AEM voltage.
summit pcv catch can and raidator over flow
ISIS radiator and dual fan setup. (never an overheating issue)
currently no power steering. has a cooler up front and braided low side lines in place. just needs a pump and high side line.
k&n filter.
3" MAF
3" intake pipe.
c5 fuel filter with internal regulator.
stock injectors and rail.
255 fuel pump.
radiator cooling plate (bumper to radiator support)
battery moved to left rear. metal Taylor battery box. bolted through body.
brand new battery (one month old)


fix it's and "bad" stuff;
dents, scratches, paint, tower rust, skirt rust, etc.
cracked dash.
no speedometer yet. just needs a dakota digital translator box. (can be done before sale)
no power steering. just needs a pump, reservoir, and high side line.
no a/c. evap core still in the box if you felt like hassling to hook it up.
drivers side auto seatbelt track doesnt work.
coils need rebuilt (at least fronts) or replaced


as shown car will not come with wheels/tires, pictured front lip, side skirts (long gone), and possibly no Recaro's depending on the deal.
bring ya own wheels or I will find something for it to roll on when the time comes. (these are my extra beater wheels)

no, better yet... go find a swap as cleanly done as this.
everyone I find has hacked up harness' or solid/stiff ass poly mounts or shit falling apart and blowing up.
this car is dead nuts reliable. I built it for that. It has been my daily since November.
It sees 1-2hr trips multiple times a week and 3 hr chicago trips (traffic and all) 2-3 times a month.
no overheating issues (excluding no A/c haha), no leaks, no shit falling off, never put me on the side of the road, etc.
it gets raced, slid, cruised, and parked. never has a problem. (other than the stack of used tires)

I'm keeping the "500 dollar wheels" (which I paid 300 for) because they are for my beater/extra track wheels. I sold my CR kai's and never bought a new set of wheels for this car. as stated in the thread, if an interested buyer wanted some wheels for the car to roll on I would find some.

also, It doesn't say 9500 firm. It says OBO



every other ls swapped car on here is 11k+

lol no. :ddog: I dont do burnouts. but the car doesn't really hook much in 1st/2nd and It does like to go sideways.
the alignment is good. I work at a dealership and check it regularly (due to chicago roads... same reason I run cheap ass wheels anymore)
front camber is at -1.5* and rear camber is at -2.3* (currently running 275/40's out back.) doesn't rub.

again the price is obo. and the L33 isn't cheap. but your lm7 is a dime a dozen. I know the strength of both. I deal with them every day.

ha, what swap kit? Only parts "swap kit" wise I bought are hooker mount brackets. saved time on this project. I didn't even use the mounts they recommended because I didnt want to rattle my teeth with poly mounts.
everything else I pieced together or made. it is all done by me.
lol you have no clue how much I have into my car, but good luck selling your unfinished cut car. maybe when you get it running and swap on some good looking wheels it might sell to some fanboy.
