IM trying to get whatever nasty stuff is inside my radiator and engine out, I heard from people put distilled vinegar and let it run for a while till it just foams out completely?
Any suggestions? I wouldnt mind buying some special radiator flush but my question is how exactly do I get the stuff out that is not in the radiator? Like ok I can take the rad out but will sticking a hose in to pump water throughout the engine be a bad idea?

drain all the existing shit out of it.
then fill it up with water and let that run through your system,
then drain it. do that until the water runs out clear/clean.
after that then you can use one of those flushes. ive also heard
vinegar, considered trying it but there were mixed reviews about
that method.

This is how I did my RB25, okinawans didnt believe in running coolant in their damn cars, just straight water. I had so much rust in the engine that I had to chisel it out of the water jackets when I changed the HG.
I got all the old crap out by disconnecting the upper rad line off, water hose in to the filler neck, let the engine run while constantly filling the rad with water, do this until clear water comes out of the upper rad line. Then I ran one of those radiator flush kit to clean out the rust thats stuck in the block, let it run for a day, then flushed all of it out following the same thing.

Plus, vinegar is expensive and smelly.
