My throttle body is leaking around 4psi manifold pressure. I was checking for boost leaks today and this one was unexpected. So has anyone attempted to rebuild their Q45 TB? If so please let me know where you found the seals or even a place that does it. I could just buy another one, but who's to say it will hold up too.

Thanks I took it apart today and it's non serviceable, at least without tig welding. The bearing/seal is held in by a tabbed cover that would have to be damaged to remove. I found some tips on supra forums on how to seal, gonna give it a shot.

The all leak, every throttle body with age, but this one is bad. If not I can try my luck with another.

I know this is an old thread...but I used the o-ring method and it fixed mine. It was really easy and cheap too. I got the o-rings from true value for 35 cents each, and used some magic lube stuff that I use for my pool pump o-rings.
