Question:
Did you try and clean up any rust when doing the POR15? With a wire brush or grinding discs?
Did you use their marine clean and metal ready first?

just a question, is there any air flow restrictions going this route with the intercooler? i've always had the intercooler out in front and wanted to go this route for a cleaner look.

From what I understand this set up is more responsive than an average fmic. Unfortunately I have few more kinks I need to sort out with my motor so I can't speak from personal experience yet. Keep in mind that if you have flip up lights you'll need to make new motor brackets if you want them to be fully functional. Also a little bit of cutting is required to the rad support for it to fit properly.
