Hello chaps,
1st post here so I thought I'd at least make it worthwhile.
I have an S14a and it got into an argument so I want to put an S15 front on it. It looks like I've sourced all the parts here (UK) and just wanted some feedback on how easy this is to do. I want to do the work myself to keep costs down and I have a mate who will paint it all up for me too so I just wanna know if any monkey with a spanner can do it or if I need to weld etc or anything else anyone may think useful. Only a few have been done in the uk on a S14/14a so info and help aint exactly abundant.
Cheers in advance
Rude

All you have to do is cut two holes in your core suport for the headlights to fit properly. Everything else will bolt right on. You must use conversion fenders, the stock metal S15 fenders fit but will need to be modified. West Yokohama and masa make the only two that fit great. Thats about all there is to it.

I assume by fenders you are talking wings right?
As said all the parts are sourced and the West Yoko bumper is the one I have been quoted. Have you got a link to the Masa spoiler/bumper as I dont think i've seen that one.
Cheers in advance again

he's speaking in tongues!

by fenders, he means the body panels that sit on your car to the sides of your "bonnet", in front of your doors, and around your front wheels.

Would I be correct in assuming I'm missing something here or is it just my British SOH can't appreciate the picture???

Oh in the picture it seems to be of his car and the front bumper apears to the MASA front bumper. So I'm guessing he knows from experience that its expencive. By the way where and how much was your kit. I cant find any place that sells MASA besides Jspec and they are apparently having a hell of a time returing my emails.

there are only a few people who do s15 conversion that looks for a bumper where nobody has..or is either rare

i have a bumper that is pretty damn rare here in the US..ive heard of bout 3-4 people having it.

just cut two holes in ur radiator support..thats the only modding u have to do...its not completely bolt on becuz u still have to shave stuff...use measuring tape and measure things and make sure they are aligned correctly

most poeple seem to have trouble with wiring up the headlights..but TRUTHFULLY...to me that was the easiest part of the whole conversion..and i wired up HIDs too..the headlight wiring is easy..so dont make it too difficult
