with a high center of gravity like that i would have thought it would tip over already. maybe it has some sway bars and some coilovers?

The cab sits tall, but the mass of that trucks weight is below the driver's seat....i think anyways

yup...that's what i gather as well...those things are SUPER heavy down low due to the frame and towing capabilities and all and not so much up top where all you have is the cab...
