I can get OEM struts from the dealer at cost but these are cheaper:

wondering if anyone has put KYB struts in their car and the results? I have the nastiest roads anywhere where I live so I hope their tough as well.

Where is a good place to buy them?

eh? considering how long you've been on the forum i thought you'd know about kyb's already. many many people have used kyb products and kyb agx are probably one of the more popular shock choices that mate well with many springs. the kyb gr2 are stock replacements and i've never heard anything particularly bad about them (besides the fact that they perform like stock). unfortunetly i never heard anything about how long they last. when i was looking into getting agx's the cheapest place i found (without some hookup or something) was e-bay.

Anyways, I have GR2's and they're what I would imagine stock would feel like(came with the car). I've put ~20,000 miles on them and they're fine. ~6,000 of those miles are on I-40 and most of it (with the exception of OK and I think Little Rock) is in VERY good condition so they haven't really taken a beating anywhere. I don't think they'll go anytime soon either. This is all on stock springs too.

 Yeah, I know. I don't think many ppl talk about the Gr2's though. Mostly the AGX.

i had gr2s on my car before with eibach springs. its a bumpy combo. with that type of combo youll blow them in about a year. they are lifetime warranty as with all kyb items, but i would say they are a little bit more agressive than stock, because they are gas charged.

i wanted some real input from people thats why i posted. I only need oem replacement- its more than adequate for my driving. There are no nice roads where I live to do any kind of real spirited driving so oem is fine. My stock springs will go into those struts right?

yes they will go into these struts. if you looking just for some replacements these will be just find for you. you should check ebay, can get great deals and just warranty them at any KYB dealer. im sure pepboys, kragens or any of those crappy stores carry them.
