First post! Question about a Holset Hx35(10cm housing)....

So i just picked up a 240sx with a red top sr. The car came with a Holset hx35 (10cm housing), 255 pump, nistune (street tuned at 10 psi), with stock injectors. My question, is it really safe to be tuned at 10 psi on such a big turbo with stock injectors? Ive searched around a bit, but was wondering specifically about this set up.

stock sr injectors (redtop) are 370cc right? I'd say thats too small/unsafe for that turbo @that boost.

Yeah. I was thinking that the injector duty cycle might be up there. What psi should I run until I pick up some injectors and a remap? It has the walbro 255 pump too so I'm thinking 8psi max?

I would run 0psi until you get a proper fuel setup. But if you have to, 7psi at the max.

Yeah i was messing around with my aem true boost to cut off boost at 7 but it kept creeping to 8 psi. I will mess with it more tomorrow, just got to set spring pressure lower and run the min duty cycle.

fuel pres. reg. would help out as well but only a bit but yeah for safety get bigger injec.

but question does anyone on here got a turbo or na z32 flywhe.
