so these will fit on a s13 rear with no spacer or clearance problems right??

With the tires that are on here I suggest rolling but with a 9 inch width with only 24 offset not much mods are needed. A roll and put a 205 40 or 215 40 you'll have enough room

You might need a roll with a 215. 245 you most likely will. Rubber mallet ball peen hammer patients time and a heat gun if you love your paint and just flattening that inner lip is easy as hell dude.
