Posting on the for sale forum

Hey Guys,

Sorry im new dont yell at me please. I recently bought something from someone and they left me feedback and I was trying to return the favor but its not letting. Nor can i post anyting on the for sale forum, can anybody shed some light on this subject for me? Am I to new? do i have to speak to a admin?
