ca18det plug missing

That's the coolant temp sensor. There are 2 coolant temp sensors -- one of them uses an injector style plug with 2 wires to it (the one you circled) and is used by the ECU to monitor the engine's temperature. The other coolant temp sensor is right next to it, and uses just a single wire connector and is used for the temperature gauge in your gauge cluster.
