Im running a wiring specialties rb into datsun wiring harness, no alternator plug was provided but i do have one. The wires are just looped into each other which i know is wrong, i know one needs to go to a resistor which i have and the other needs to go to bat +. All i need to know is which wire goes to where lets say top to bottom just to make things easy.

my rb harness only has a 1 wire plug on it. The big wire has to go to the battery, and the small on plug wire is what tells the alt to charge. I know on the stock s14 that comes from the cluster. Basically you need a switch 12v that goes on the plug, which tells it the car is running. then the big wire on the post goes to the battery. we daisy chained that wire on my car to the starter before going to the truck to the battery. Mine also has a small 10g wire ground wire that bolts to the alt.

theres 2 prongs on the alternator i dont understand how you only have one wire coming out of the plug. I dont need to be told everything about the alternator seeing as ive already got everything hooked up properly once again i just need to know about the plug for it which wire goes to +12v and which wire goes to the resistor.
