Need Help Bee*R rev limiter

Dear zilvia members,
i bought beer rev limiter, but he is not working correctly..
when I pull a full throttle, RPM exceeds the set limit..

I Have apexi powerFC, Z32 MAF, GT2860rs..
my car is Europe 200sx s14A , I had to rewire the pins because powerFC, i changed this pins:

22 - 31
30 - 40

104 -> 106

If you are certain you wired it absolutely correctly, then it may be a faulty unit. However, when I had wiring issues with my forty, the rev limiter would like "reset itself" and not function. Have you tried leaving the battery disconnected for a little bit?
