The bolt on my tension rod doesn't want to come off. I took the nut on the opposite end off but the bolt spins freely without moving back one bit.

The tension rod looks like pretty much exactly like this 89 98 Nissan 240sx 300zx s13 s14 Pillowball Suspension Tension Rods Silver | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/89-98-NISSAN-240SX-300ZX-S13-S14-PILLOWBALL-SUSPENSION-TENSION-RODS-SILVER-/310457904069)

There is no space between to sawzall it off since it meets the bracket on both sides, I'm not sure what else to do.

Use a hammer. If it doesn't come all the way out then use a needle nose plyers and pry it a little bit then hold the plyers and hammer the plyers to get the bolt out.

hammer the bolt out, if it seems like its not helping then try using a jack to raise your rotor. raise it while trying to move the bolt out it should slide out eventually.

also Google things before posting, you'll find that people run into the same problems with different cars and most of the time they have small tricks and tips. And although it is a problem you ran into, it doesn't seem like this a big enough issue to ask Zilvians.

hammer time!! like everyone else said just hit it until its flush. then use a shitty screw driver to hammer it the rest of the way.

I tried that but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try it some more.
