I have Tenzo R rims that came with the 240 that I bought, and they have the wheel locks on them, so I cannot remove my faulty tire.. They did not give me the key to the locks. How would I go about acquiring the key to these locks, and how much would they cost?

I ran over a nail on my way to 711. :snoop:

I had an answer for you, but I realized you're 19 and want people to spoon feed you information.

Just google it online, you're not the only damn person on the internet asking this question.

Plus, it varies by type of wheel locks as well.

I like this quick and dirty method. http://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-suspension-diy/484573-diy-how-to-remove-stripped-lugs-or-wheel-locks-without-a-key.html

Your change of heart was unfortunate, however, my phone's ability to screen cap came to the rescue. Thanks for being the predictable "use google" guy. I used google, but I can't describe the lock to google.
If google had all of the answers, we wouldn't have a forum, nor would we have discussion.

If you don't like answering questions, don't click on a thread with a question mark in the title. It's not as though every time a noob asks a question, you get pinched.

Uhh... I search how to remove wheel locks and that is the first thing on the list after the videos, or did you give up before you scrolled that far down? So Google did have the answer, way to still look like someone who wanted to be spoon fed.

Let me google that for you (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=remove+wheel+locks+without+key)
You just have to stick with it and not give up before you make it past the YouTube videos.

Looking for the key, not how to remove them without the key.

He posted that because you are not going to find it without buying a bunch of different sets and seeing what one works. If they are not spline type and are the type with the squiggly line you are pretty much going to have to do what DJ of E posted.

This is a shot of one of my wheels.
Are these common locks? If not, I'll opt for removing it without a key.

There are soooo many different variations of wheel locks that its hard to say just by looking at them. They might be cheap autozone lugs. See if they have the key....

they look like autozone ones.. if not your going to need to use the right sized socket and strip them off.. after that id personally buy a new set and hold on to the key for dear life.

I have a tire shop that I go to that has all kinds of locks for lug nuts and they were able to get mine off (I also didn't have the key) so try local tire shops.

Sorry I did miss the part about you wanting to save them, but from experience even those spline are slightly different from box to box at autozone.

Thank you for all of your responses, I went to autozone and found the set with the key, it works perfectly!

Thank you again!

spline drive lug nuts are usually the same size

they are not "locking"
