Wired her up and no spark
dont get it ecu is fine plugged into another sr240 and that fires up
everything is checked
coil packs
igniter
cas
wiring
just no signal to tell it to fire
apexi d jetro is brand new
sr
on 90 auto chassis
car worked perfectly fine before new mangment and supporting mods
a pic to show and floss

searched but no one has a answer after there thread its booty

Fuel good? I know you said wiring is good but just to make sure, I'd check to see if you have voltage on your B/R wire, and/or check to see if you are getting voltage to power up the ECU.

Fuel is good everything works ecu commander everything just no spark I checked it all

did you wire up the neutral safety switch?

Yea briged it that knocked out to im leaning towards wire harness

To be able to let someone else hint you what to do, you need to address the problem you are facing clearly.......So far, what we know from you is the Power FC couldn't start the car because of no spark......
You should address any type of modification on your motor......Is is a stock motor?.....Did you replace to the bigger injectors?....Do you have stock or VG Air flow?.....etc.......It is because these kind of information will help determine the problems......
But, first of all, make sure that you bought the correct model of Power FC.......It is because SR20DET has more than one versions....Each version works on different ECUs/wiring harnesses.....

is the ecu getting power?
reCheck your wiring and make sure you are getting power from the ECCS Relay. It supplies main power to the ECU.
The stock ECU can run on back up power.

I reinitialized to the stock tune everything is grounded everything turns on. The commander turns on, all the relays click and car cranks but NO SPARK... thought s are greatly appreciated. Its a 62 red top harness with a 62 ecu style

Just trying to see if anyone else was in my same boat and all they had to do is switch a wire or to idk

Have you visually checked the plugs for no spark. (just want to verify this.) The other thing could be low Fuel Pressure/Voltage. check your FP wire for full 12V.
Power to the commander rules out the ECCS relay.
Another thing you can try is giving the car a jump. The 14V from the other car could help crank it. just a thought, because the PFC does not like low voltage.

Are your injectors firing??? This is crucial.

Yup. The only sensor required to spark coilpacks and fire injectors is the CAS - if you've got fuel injectors but no spark, you have a problem with your ignition system.
My guess is either:
* you don't have switched +12V on all the pins, and the stock ECU is robust enough to work without it but the PFC is not.
* your ECU relay is not wired correctly (needs to be wired to the ECU so it "turns itself" on with ignition power, rather than turned on directly by ignition power). Usually this is a problem programming PFC's, not starting them, but could still apply.

Fuel injectors r clicking fuels getting in. all relays r running 12v to 6v for power and signal fuse box and chassis wiring has not been tampered with except for neutral switch
spark plus r visually not getting spark and there wet with fuel
there threads all over google and bing about this issue but no answers

Are you getting 12v at the coil packs? how about continuity on each ground?

Have you tried to connect the jumper cables for 14v?
Is your Timing Correct?

Your method seems to be the most likely problem
now can you give me a step buy step to test and see whats up

Maybe, you need to find a donor car whom you can plug in the Power FC and give it some cranks for you.....I am sure that you have some friends who have Stock SR20DET (same model as you have on your car)......If the Power FC can start your friend's car....Meaning that Power FC isn't the culprit.....This method worked for me earlier when the Power FC couldn't start my car, but it could start my friend's car.....

Crazy thing It started my friends 240 with ease but
his was a 1991 dual cam chasis
when mine is a single mamber cammer chassis

Chasis harness doesn't play a big role in using Power FC.....The important thing is engine harness and the ECU......As I said, SR20DET has more than one version, which one ECU isn't compatible with another......
So, if the Power FC started on your friend's car, but not your car... Meaning that the Power FC is still good.......So, can you just borrow his stock ECU and see if his ECU can start your car?......If yes, I am 100% sure that you have problem with supply voltage, which can be the ECCS relay or the bad wiring harnesss

so now im leaning towards doing this to see if I can get spark all I need is a 12v source and a wire to this 12v plug in to see if it gets spark and see if it fixes my problem how would you guys tackle such a job

or maybe switch a couple of wires around on the relay?
