Hello everyone,
I just bought this 92 240 with a s13 sr swap pretty much stock has a fmic,walbro 255 and bov to atmosphere thats bout it on 7 psi was running weird but I figured easy fix. It was chugging at high rpm. Swapped maf with a buddy ran the same in the process I noticed a little blue plate over the maf sensor hole ( the little one in the housing) had a little drilled in it for the air really small maybe half the size of a pencil looked on my buddies an he didn't have it so I removed it an put in on an took here for a drive an wow pulled hard in every gear no problem but when I ca,e to a stock it started chugging an idle really low rev up an it was loaded up cleared out after a rev or 2 but once it gets to lower rpms it jus loads up again swapped maf ran the same checked all vacuum lines no problems drove 16 miles to work an back took a quarter tank put new plugs gapped at .028 an tt 300zx fuel filter still the same I cleaned the maf an broke the little wire so will have a new one tomorrow but in limp mode idles perfect an not loading up at all so the previous owner put that to lean the car out could it be the ecu? Please help any in put will be much appriceated
