Okay so i had a problem with my turn signals so i removed the relay and when i shaked it slightly you could hear something inside rattling around. so i went to advanced auto parts and got a relay with the same prong set up. However when i hooked it up nothing happened not even the "click" when the hazards were ingauged. The Relay i had was the NILES IF332 relay do i have to buy that exact same one???

What about the fuse? Like he suggested..

If your handy with simple circuitry those relays are extremely easy to test.

No you don't need the same part number. Just any ole flasher relay will work. It just outputs intermittent signal.

Also when the bulbs burn it it will change the rate of flashing due to change in resistance
