When shopping for a cheap, efficient, RWD car that didn't have a V8 (since I already have one) I found the 240sx. My s14 was $3800! It's a whole different crowd from people on some of the domestic type websites (ie Mustangworld or LS1.com). So forgive me if I lack JdM knowledge. Like when everyone talks about their favorite drifters or racers from Japan I have no idea who they're talking about.

I don't know. I doubt it. There's a teamslow.com that's full of mostly ricers it could have been them. There's another guy in our club with an S14 but he would never do anything like that.

I'm not retarded, and I know the kanji for touge. Yes it does mean pass, but it also means "the height". Don't believe me? Grab a Japanese-English dictionary.

anyway, i looked it up in my nelson (number 1464 for those who are interested) and it says
"touge: mountain pass; crisis, crest, climax"

touge = mountain road and nothing more. Any meaning applied to it by hashiriya are just that (like it meaning mountain racing/driving)

And it's not "TOE-GAY" its more like "Toh-geh" (hard to describe how to pronounce Japanese properly in text). Long "o" sound (in Japanese of course) and then just "geh"
