i recently picked up a sr s13 and i dont think the previous owner knew about it but i was looking around for my phone one day and i slid the passenger seat forward and there is a blue greddy emanage laying on the floorboard. its hooked up cause when the car is running the lights and everything come on. my question is- is there supposed to be a controller or a handheld unit that runs to this similiar to a power fc? ive tried looking around on google and i cant get a definitive answer on it

No. Its programmed through a computer

are there any special cables or hard/software that i would need, or is it mainly for a tuning shop?

I believe you can get the tuning software free on the greddy website. I dont know about the emanage blue, but the ultimate uses a usb a-b cable like for a printer

There is a special cable you need from greddy. There are some write-up's online for making your own. You can find the software online as well.
