i have a base model 240 (96) got a set of sway bars for it from stillen. is the holes for the rear sway bars already drilled, so all i have to do is mount the rear sway bar right? where are the holes for the mounting brackets

Yes, the subframe has the holes already in it...did your kit come with the bolts for the rear brackets...?
If not, stop by a local Ace Hardware or something and get some, you'll have to use trial error to finds the thread/pitch, unless someone has it handy.

Uhh, not to sure what you are saying but I am assuming your car has no rear bar? If so then I am assuming it doesn't have endlinks. So go to a junkyard and find some s14 endlinks, not sure if s13 endlinks work or not.
There probably are holes for the endlink to go through, and the d-bracket to go in. Did your sways come with D-Brackets that go around the bushing?
