Yes more then likely they will need fab work.. If you wanted to install them fixed style im sure it could be done quite easily and just use your oem headlight covers for the 240sx. As far as making them fully functional i would imagine it would be pretty labor intensive. You would more then likely have to rework the headlight bucket on the 240sx in order to get them to sit correctly. Wiring would be easy as all of it would be there to splice.
