Digital Cluster + HUD light issues?

How's it goin guys?

So I decided to scrap my shell project, and got me a '92 coupe. One issue thats really bugging me is lighting issues with the cluster and hud... Here's whats going on.

When the cluster lighting works, sometimes just the HUD and speed works, sometimes just the back lighting works with no speed or HUD, most of the time nothing lights up, but its pretty random. The tach and other gauges DO work though, just the lighting doesnt work. Doesn't always turn on when I go over bumps either. I havent pulled anything yet, but I was wondering if anyone has/has had a similar problem, and if so, how did you fix it? I don't want to pull my dash if I don't need to haha.

You don't need to pull your dash, just your cluster to get to the connectors to make sure they are secure and getting stable power. Also, check your harnesses in your front wheel wells and make sure they are not getting eaten into.

Ill check it out today, ill post up results. I think it might actually be the fender well, but ill let you know. Appreciate the suggestion! ill post up what the results are tonight

Sounds like its the cluster its self. Mine had the same issue till the cluster was replaced.
