Blue Zenki at Universal CityWalk 4/16?

I saw a blue Zenki with rims (looked like JDM silvia) and a JDM Zenki grille, and a license plate of Zenkii (or something like that, one of the letters was repeated when it shouldn't have been, I think), parked on the top level of the parking garage at Universal Citywalk friday evening.

Does that car belong to anyone here on Zilvia?

EDIT: I just realized, I think the rims were Skyline rims, not Silvia rims. The S on them looked like the skyline S.

Wow, so it really was Kid Zelda's car. Pretty nice, IMO. But stock suspension, right?

BTW, mine was on the same row, but facing the opposite direction and about four spaces to your left. White Zenki. Most noticeable because of the "ACDRacing" on the side.
