I have here WORK emotions CR-kai reps, Three wheels and three tires. Two of the wheels have a little bit of curb rash but its not too bad. All tires are in good condition. Can vouch for this guy, cool dude. ^^^ and no, not rotas, they're by drag. Can find them anywhere, someone buy this and just buy the 4th wheel and have yourself a decent set of wheels for a good price.
