to my knowledge no, the mounts i have make the transmission shifter sit perfect, making no sense as to why the drive shaft would have to be short. and if it did, its not a big deal. would cost about 150 from any drive shaft shop.

Reviving this for a good reasons my funds,are low can't tow my car to a local driveshaft shoo what are the measurements on your driveshaft if you used a ka trans on this swap

3gste clutch disc is for warned it will ruin your input shaft. do not use it

hard to get it much cheaper that even when sourcing parts and fabing your own stuff it still gets to about 1600 bucks unless you really wana do crazy shit to make it work. I have all the parts right next to me waiting for this swap to go in, i been gathering parts since December if you count the day the ls400 showed up in my drive way on the flatbed :angel:
