dude at the machine shop says my lifters are trash, so I'm gonna get new ones. I only have a built head, hks cams, greddy springs and some other fancy stuff. bottom end is stock and I'm making 350 horsepower. I street and track the car alot as well as daily it when the weather is nice.

-are intec racing any good? I saw them on ebay and they look to be quality but who knows.

-I can get tomei solid lifters for 5 bucks more than the intec ones. will these put alot of extra stress on my motor? will they make it less reliable?

I don't know dick about internals. thanks in advance for all the help.

Tomei solids and a lot of extra matienence and need to be checked/reshimmed every 5k miles. You may check them and see they are within gap specs and not have to make any changes at all. I've never heard of the Intec lifters, buy OEM and be done with it.

I'm using Intecs lifters. With Tomei type B dual valvespring kit. They work great.

But I bought the last set of them in December. Don't know if they made more. If not then you're looking at a used or BS product.

Tomei solids would be sick. That's what I would go with. Then get so JWT S4HL cams :)
