They are the Eccentric Bolts that are used on the Upper Link Rear
(rear upper control arm) and Lower Link (rear toe rod arm). Here's
them in the FSM (pg. RA-4). The Lower Link arm is sorta invisible.

I broke two on the driver side (the lower link one and the rear upper link one).
I'm going to call Nissan tomorrow but I dunno if their Parts Dept. be
open tomorrow (long weekend holiday). Plus I am getting somewhat
impaitent and I would just like some assurance that I will find these
bolts one way or another within the next few days seeing as I have track
days coming up.
I'm just paranoid that's all. :(

They'll charge you up the ass for them though. Your better off getting them in a junkyard if you can.

I just had to buy some front shock/spindle bolts from nissan and they werent that expensive. I think i paid $13 for 4 nuts and 4 bolts.

Price isn't an issue. And even if it costs $10 it won't matter to me. I will be getting
4-sets since I want to replace all 4. But we'll see.
As for getting it from a parts car, well for one I need this done within a week because
of the event and second, they were a pain in the ass to remove safely in the first
place, so chances are, with rust here in Canada, the parts car isn't gonna be any easier.

Well I got off the phone with a Nissan parts person. Here's what I was
quoted on the parts I need (prices are in $CAD. $1USD = $1.35CAD roughly):
$12.73 for Bolt
$12.73 for Washer (Yes you read it right, $12.73 for a washer)
$3.75 for Nut
This is just for one set. On the rear suspension there are 4 of these so
I'm looking at about $130CAD for a full set (after 15% tax).
Talk about highway robbery.
This was over the phone after looking at a picture of the parts # through a
fax he sent me (which was somewhat hard to read). Hopefully there is
a misunderstanding here.

Don't say I didn't tell you? Plus, they probably don't have them in stock and you'll have to wait a few days until they come in from somewhere that does. Just go to the junkyard and save yourself some time and money.

This is Canada. And majority of the 240sx in Canada are most likely rusted to sh*t.
There are a few 240sx I know of in salvage yards but apart from transportation, I know
for sure I will have a struggle trying to take them out of the parts car.
No worries, I'll just get genuine replacements; save myself trouble (at a little cost).

you can't replace the bolts w/ regular bolts w/ the same thread pitch and then just use new washers and nuts?
...thread lock is your friend..... :wiggle:

the bolts are ecentric to allow adjustment in the rear suspension, i wouldnt really recommend replacing them when just normal bolts and washers,

Well I'm off to NAPA Autoparts first to see if they carry anything remotely similar. If
not them I guess I'll have to fork over the $30 or whatever per set. :(
