Hello friends,
Can anyone point me to some good resources on doing an Alpha-N tune for an ITB setup?
Is anyone on here running such a tune?
What sort of management can be used?
I will most likely be using Nismotronic, which seems like the best deal so far.
Thank you for any information.

Stupid question but ... why would you use an alphaN setup ? It sucks, to put it plainly.

sr20det don't use alpha N unless you go stand alone.

I believe he will be using an ITB setup, which is much more easily tuned with alpha N or an alpha N and map hybrid system.

NismoTronic SA has the capability to run alpha N or a hybrid alpha N and speed density for fueling and ignition scales.
You can achieve this by setting the SET1 maps to Speed Density (map sensor) and setting the SET2 maps to alpha N (TPS only), then you can switch to the SET 2 maps in the software when you are over a certain MAP load value.
This requires a decent vacuum block and vacuum source from each runner and the map sensor is usually mounted right to the vacuum block to help dial in idle and part throttle drivability.
