You should have known all the parts of the swap BEFORE you bought it. That way when you receive it, you can check everything off the list. The fact that you have no idea what a complete SR motor swap entails hurts my head.
Research more.

You're asking to be spoon fed the most basic information available on this site. I could tell you in 5 seconds everything you need, but I'm not going to. Do your research and learn, otherwise your swap will not end well.

Off the top of my head here are some things you will want to do.
-You will need to configure the heater hoses because they come out the oposite side of the engine. I don't know if there is a part that will fix exactly that someone can reference but otherwise you will just have to piece them together.
-Check and probably change the spark plugs.
-Check the oil pan and make sure it isnt crushed at all. You may want to pull off the lower oil pan and check that the sump isn't pressed against it.
-While the engine is out its a good time to check the clutch because its pretty easy to pull the trans and put it back on.
-Get some MT trans fluid (I used Redline MT-90).

thanks guys who arent fags. appreciate it. i got everything now and my buddy is doing my wiring for my swapping the plugs i need and all. what about the ps lines i know i need dohc ones. what about if i dont have them right away. should i remove the ps pump will it damage my rack at all??
get a good boost controller.
also, a dyno ROM tune. Enthalpy was flying up to WA to get it done, it's only $400 with ECU.

Have run being pinked for that language...
You dont need a tune right off the bat, if your going to run the stock setup your fine with a stock ECU, and if you get a boost controller dont go crazy. 10-12 pounds max on stock headgasket. When you start changing stuff like injectors, boost, etc etc is when you will want to invest in a ROM tuned ECU.

You are being helped. We are helping you know how much you did not do your research. You purchase an SR20 yet know nothing about it. This is why the S13/S14 community has gone to crap.
It's all with the systems. Air systems, cooling systems, exhaust systems, fuel systems, drivetrain systems, data logging systems, data control systems as well as data status systems. Look after those and you will have a complete swap. Kind of like a computer build, you won't have a complete computer without all the critical parts working together. The same for a vehicle; you can't complete your engine swap without looking at the systems the engine relies upon for proper operation. You're smart enough to post here, you can do a simple swap.

I wouldn't call a swap simple by any means. Just putting the engine back in and getting everyting plugged in can be difficult, let alone wiring and all of the custom things with swapping to an engine from a RHD car.
Telling him to search is frankly just as annoying as someone posting a question that can be easily searched, which may not necessarily be true about this question unless you happened to guess the search terms which give you a complete guide to everything you need to buy for an SR swap.
what about the ps lines i know i need dohc ones. what about if i dont have them right away. should i remove the ps pump will it damage my rack at all??
You can leave the pump hooked up, just dont put the belt on it. If possible block off the holes where the PS lines go into the pump/rack.
