My attempt to get rid of MIL:
Started with replacing EGR, lead to finding torn vacuum lines, lead to disassembling intake manifold and cleaning out EGR ports, lead to replacing MAF, Lead to OHM testing Injectors found one dead (cylinder 2), lead to testing pin at ECU for EGR, lead to cleaning connector in between fire wall and valve cover, at this point the light comes on and off

i do feel a slight misfire at idle my guess is when i was testing the fuel injectors one of the O-Rings was torn upon installation

i followed everything that the TSB called for on ALL DATA and MIL still stays on

So this is an s13 with California emissions?

If you are getting a light for EGR its either always on or always off. (or the computer thinks it is).

Pulled up on the EGR diaphragm at idle and the car stumbles/dies?

Have you checked that the EGR temp sensor is reading? You will need to check this with the data readout on a scanner or Datascan. Hold rpm up and have someone open the EGR a bit while watching the readout.

You can put a 9v to the solenoids behind the head and make sure they click.

What is the exact code you are reading from the ecu?
