I was wondering if anyone has or have seen the Nismo coilovers? I just wanted to hear some opinions on the quality as compaired to the other top coilover that are available at that price.

its made by KYB, similar to tanabe's line of coilovers, my friend has the r-tuned coilovers in his s14 and he likes it compared to his old Zeal B2's

how come nismo usa never mentions nice nismo stuff like front lcas, rear lcas, or even coilover systems? all we see thats advertised are shift knobs, engine/tranny mounts, and probably their best commercial product the power bar.

The coilovers are subpar compared to the aftermarket, and ruca isnt adjustable like an aftermarket one (I think). So yeah, they have the Nismo name but thats about it.

There are some good Nismo products though, like the LSD :)

yea, thats what i think too. oh i was talking about lower control arms. not rucas. i think the only better lower control arms out there are the spl ones. there's also those 3000 ones from some jdm company (spl? special? something lik that) on hyper rev. i think the spl rear lcas is a copy of that jdm one.

the only thing special about the nismo arms/rods is just the more solid bushing and the special silver nismo color, thats about it, the coilovers i seen first hand and i think it is pretty well built

i saw the s-tuned first hand too and i believe they use kyb as well, theres no reason for NISMO to use two different suspension companies for their own line of products
