I was wondering what an S13 convertible would look like with a Silvia front end conversion. It might look pretty cool. Anyone have a picture or link of this? I know most convertible owners are't into doing any modifications, so this would be pretty rare. What would this hybrid be called, a silvietta?

Thanks boys for all the convertible photos. Mine's still too stock to post, but these will definitely help. And you are correct, I do see a reluctance to modify by many convert owners. Not me, I'm just doing the mechanical things first.

Do tell though, very few modified 'verts have rear wing spoilers, specifically bigass whale-tails...what gives?

More like Vertex. AIT doesn't fit that well. Also, AIT has not released a coupe rear bumper yet. How do i know? I have both on my car. AIT sides and Vertex rear (coupe). Trust me, unless $1k was spent to get the AIT to fit like Vertex, its not AIT.

Also the comment about pignose convertables... WTF^ Mate? No Zenkis were convertable. Every convertable came with a 91-94 front bumper.

I am assuming he is talking about the car that used to be at Unstable Hybrid a white convertible with pig nose conversion. I think the owner had accident and they used Chuki front end to replace it. God I wise now that I did a convertible then a regular coupe especially since summer is coming up.

because big whale tails are disgusting looking and serve no real purpose. unless its one of those giant jdm cf wings :rofl:

Of course they serve no real purpose, like all body mods. But I think they balance out a front air dam. There are so many mods you can do to the front of a 240 but relatively few to the aft.
