Just got bored, and I was tired. . so I just took on a Camaro. . looked like a V6, so I figured it'd be an easy win, as with all the others I've taken on. .

Nope. . lol. .

But those things are not quick regardless...

I beat a guy in a 5 speed Camaro V6 awhile back on the way home from work...but I don't think he knew how to drive either. Hmm...let's see what else is an easy win for an S14 with just an intake and exhaust? Thunderbird V8's...What a joke...and Therefore Thunderbird V6's as well...never raced the SC V6 one though. Mustang V6's are pathetic...I haven't raced the newest model v6 'stang yet though. Pre '94? Mustang V8's...(The old boxy style)...I didn't win, but for cryin' out loud...I was on his ass all the way up to 80...V8? "American cars are a verrrrrry slow car...So slow!"

If you stuck with a 5.0 mustang the guy probably did'nt know how to drive, every 5.0 I've been in would kill a 240SX easily.

Nawww. . it wasn't a V6. . it was a Z28 for sure lol
Wasn't that quick tho. . Wasn't SR quick, in other words..
I know stock 0-60 should be 5.7 for Z28, but that's by a pro. .

Actually. . 5.0 mustangs are #### slow. . I beat one older one. . stuck to the bumper of another. . (might have been 4.6, but it was a 94 or 95. . so chances are it mighta been 5.0). . and I raced one full on the other night. . he did beat me, but not initially. . then he started creeping away from me. . to be honest, didn't beat me by anymore than a friend does in his Integra GSR lol

Yeah. . domestic V6s are a total joke. .
Camaros are no prob. .

With the exeption of the new and improved, even uglier Rustang, the Mustang V6 is even more of a joke than the camaro. . 0-60 was 10 seconds HAHA!. .

The new Mustang isn't great either. . they finally got their RWD "Sports Car" to accelerate like an automatic Nissan Maxima lol

The Camaro RS, which is the fast version of the V6(built by SLP) is faster than any new V8 Mustang, now that is pathetic.

as in. . top speed or acceleration?  0-60 on a new Mustang (GT. . not Cobra) is 5.4 seconds. .

I've owned 3 camaros an 81 with a 355 small block, 95 z28, and 2000 z28.  Now I own a 95 s14.  There is no difference between a normal 3.8 v6 camaro and a rs 3.8 v6 camaro, except ground effects.  This a fact.  I've worked on them before.  They put out 200 at the flywheel and are very heavy..  My s14 spanks them everytime.  The v6 mustang is worse than the camaro.  The only reason I got ride of my 2000 z was because it was costing me 1850 for six monthes of insurance.  now I only pay 565 every six months,  if the s14 had a turbo on it with about 8 pounds of boost,  It should beat a mustang but be close with a camaro z depending on who driving.  I know this because My z28 with some mods ran a 12.8.  I first saw a 240 when it raced me on the qaurter mile which it ran 13.12 with 8 pounds of boost.  I'm still glad I sold the camaro and got my s14.  The S14 may be expensive to replace certain parts but todally worth it.  The ride and performance is awsome  for what I spent on my camaro I plan on spending a little more on this car because there nothing greater than beating a camaro or mustang  and them asking what you got under the hood, to say just a little ol four cylinder.  It leaves them in aww, not to mention crushes there I got a v8 so I can beat anything ego.  I know I've been there.  Now, I've smartend up.  I now drive a nissan.
