I am looking to get some coilovers for my S13. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything bad about Stance. I have heard they have a great product that lasts through drift punishment. Im going with the Super sport series
Super Sport (http://stance-usa.com/sus/products/coilovers/supersport)

Just making sure I'm getting a good product before i spend $1200+
Or if there is another company that makes a good coilover for around $1200 im all for researching a little. Thanks

I would love to but i dont have 2 grand for coils. $1300 is about the most i can come up with. A local drifter here is sponsored by Stance and he gets good deals. So Im going through him.
I heard Megans suck. but they are cheaper, and cheaper price usually means crappy product.

that is awesome maybe i can hit you up for a set also lol, but yeah if you can get a deal i would just go for it. megans they will hold up but not long, i know a couple of guys that runs them and i also know a person who had godspeeds and the coil snapped when he launched his car in the air by "accident"

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
First, the NEW Super Sports line are revisions to the GR+ and GR+pros models which makes YOUR GR+pros the cheaper model.
Second, Megan dampers are crap but they hold up just fine. The valving isn't worth the money that you are paying for.
To answer your question, OP, SS are fine for what they are: entry level coilovers. They will take a beating on the track and from daily usage. 2 year US warranty is nice too.
For the money, I would suggest other companies that offer Swift springs for that price range like Fortune Auto. Built in the US and you can ask for different spring rates.

Just what i wanted to hear. Good thing for tax returns. I'm ordering up the SS+ in about two weeks. Can't wait to start messing with ride height and have a smooth riding 240.
Thanks for the help guys

I'm not sure I understand your thinking here. Budget and continue saving through the winter and save another $700...?

:stupid: Some people dont want to spend 2K on coils. Some do. I don't.
I needed opinions or reviews on Stance coils. Not other peoples opinions about how much i should spend on coils. Thanks though

Some people want shitty coilovers. Some don't.
Price and quality tend to go hand-in-hand. If you're wanting reviews on coilovers then you obviously care about quality.

It's was $1575 shipped a few years back. I jumped on that. I think it is actually quite a bit higher now for the V3's.

At the time most other places were asking around 2k for them. I would get V3's again in a heartbeat over stance anything.

stance seem to be a little rigid compared to others I know about 5 people with them and none of them have had any complaints or failures
