Anyone ever try and remove the rear interior panels, the ones where the armrests are for the back seat? Is it a complicated job at all? My new back speakers are causing vibrations back there and I need to take them out and insulate them or something.
Thanks

is it fairly straightforward as to where the clips are though? I never know if im pulling where I should be when i take stuff off like that you know? Like does it just clip on around the outside edge?

If it's the panel I think it is, you'll have to remove the rear seat (because the bolt it folds up and down on passes through the panel, and there's a screw hidden underneath the bottom cushion). While the panel is out, you might as well cut a slot so that if you ever have to take it out again, you won't have to pull off the seatback.
Asides from that, it'll be obvious how to take it out once you get the seat out.

it's very easy...
the only problem is putting everything back, i'm missing plastic clips all over...
iirc, if you have the f/b, the bottom rear seat will just pop out by pulling the tabs, the back seat are held on by 2 bolts on the side on the bottom, everything else is straight forward

What he said.
The bottom cushion is held in place by two tabs. They are located at the bottom (front edge) of the seat, just pull them forward (at the same time, preferrably) and the seat will pop "up" slightly. Then you can just take off the bottom cushion.
The seatback is held in place by two bolts, 12mm I think. They are the pivot points for the seatback when you fold them down, and they are also a bitch to get to because the seat cushion gets in the way. If you have wobble socket extensions, now would be a good time to get them out. This is why I reccommend slotting the rear panels once you get them out, so that way putting them back in and taking them out again are a lot less hassle since you won't have to take the seat out any more.
