mine bolted up
but for some them you have to drill a certain section of it. I only used the outside two tabs on my fuel rail.. I cut the middle one off when I ran the isis manifold. Hit up Ken at Enjuku. he can tell ya unless you can find it on google or someone else drops in.

Line up the injectors with the ports... One of the tabs where the bolt goes in will be slightly "off;" the other should line up perfectly. Grind the hole out a bit until the bolt goes thru it and secure the rail- Done. Make certain that you have the little insulator/spacer bushings between the tabs on the rail and the bolt holes.
I had the same issue with my rail & FReddy mani and it came out great... If you look closely, you will see where I had to make the hole bigger on the forward tab... Dremel is your friend:
