I have an s13 sr20 swap in my s14 that was automatic before. i have an non abs s14 manual driveshaft that wont fit by around half an inch or less. ive been reading online and people take off the s13 tranny dust cover

so it could fit , but is it that one ? and if so how does it come off? can i put my auto trannys dust cover on there ?

if you car has ABS then you need an ABS Drive shaft as the Non ABS DS are about 1" longer.
There is no Dust cover in either of those pics

my car doesnt have abs, i switched in a vlsd before the swap and everything went it right.

he said he took off dust shield. isnt that the black peice on the first pic?

Did you swap in a VLSD into an open differential pumpkin or do you have a VLSD in VLSD pumpkin?
If you have VLSD inside VLSD pumpkin you will need a manual transmission, ABS driveshaft.
If you swapped in the VLSD into the open differential pumpkin, you will need the manual transmission, NON-ABS driveshaft.

oh how do i know what the pumpkin is lol. ? bcus when we swapped in the vlsd the open diff was blown so we took it all off!

an abs diff will have a sensor where the driveshaft bolts up
