98 front on a 93 coupe

I got this brainstorm one night. It looks amazing in my head. What will it take?? I have only one pic of it and I am in love. Has anyone seen this or have any pics??

is the 93 and 98 front wheelbase the same?? I dont want my coupe looking like a pro FWD drag car :faint:

Yes I did, I am the first person ever to think this. And will be the only person in the world to do the conversion :fawk2:

Actually, im new to the 240sx scene. I knew that there were other popular conversions out. I havent seen this type of conversion though. I think the 98 lights will accent the coupes lines VERY well.

What will need to be custom, and can it be done personally (no bodyshop I mean) I like doing things myself. If anyone in Florida is willing to help out, they can have free lodging in Key West until the install is done. :eek3d:

I was thinking of doing the same conversion a while ago, and I photoshopped some pictures together a couple times. I never really got into finding the parts or that but good luck and I can't wait to see how it turns out.

The second pic is real....BUT ITS A FASTBACK....not a coupe.

So far all the S14 fronts on S13s have involved a S13 fastback. If the first pic is real and not a chop...its the first time I've seen it or heard of it.

someones doing it here. he gonna have cf hood and gp sports g-sonic bumper. imo it wont look that great. the 97-98 front end is too long for the rest of the body and something else doesn't seem right. but you if like it, you should definitely do it. you wont be the first one but you'll be one of hte few.

S14 is way wider than S13. Have fun making the front end look "decent" the front fenders will be wider than rear so you need to pull or flare the rears. Also the front end is not as "tall" as the S13 so the hood has this really wierd curve downward in front of the valvecover...

Did a wee bit of a photoshop. The front does look lower, but not by that much. I think it can be fixed.

About the front being wider. Does anyone know how much wider the s14 front is?? I am thinking that a set of 30mm (or even 50mm) rear fenders will even it out.

Nah quite the opposite. I just got bitched out, was called a ricer, and whipped like Kunta Kinte because I asked how to run 2 nine inch blue neons to a switch. They are going under the dash and will light up the footwell (I dunno the exact term for that space)
