I was wondering if anyone knows how good 17x8 +31 offset and 17x9 +31 offset would fit with z brakes and coilovers. I'm not too good on these things.

Coilovers, yes, though just barely for some. Brakes depend on spoke design.

The rims are Advan Super Advan 2 piece design.
