engine wiring question

So my brother and I are doing a rwd swap into my old B12 Sentra wagon, it was free so it makes a good project. Anyways, it has a Ga16de in it right now, and I was wondering if the rwd wiring was the same as the fwd models. I was looking into either the sr swap or a ka swap and I know that both of these are available as both front or rear wheel drive. I have found wiring diagrams for mating the sr to the ga harness, but that was for fwd models.

After more reading, I'm thinking that a stand-alone race car harness would be more efficient than tying into 25 year old wiring and hoping that something works.
I did come across one site that had SR harnesses to aftermarket controls, but forgot to bookmark it, any help with this one?
